Hatching serama eggs-a system

Hello,I am planning on hatching some serama eggs soon,I want to collect the eggs over a period of 10 days and put them in the day they were laid/day after so I can keep the eggs fresh and get more eggs to hatch,does anyone use a system for the humidity to work on this,I am using a brinsea octagon 40 eco,I dont have a seperate hatcher,thanks for any replies
