Hi, I’m just going into lockdown with my first shipped eggs. Some of the eggs do have saddle shaped air sacs. I have them pointy end down in a egg carton for hatching. Are there any other tips I’m missing?
Thanks in advance!!!

I just leave my eggs laying on their side for hatching, but I also hand turn my eggs as well so it's just easier for me. As far as tips, have you increased your humidity for lockdown?

I have had eggs with weird air cells hatch normally, but be around in case on chick needs help. My eggs always hatch on their side too. I wouldn't recommend putting them in an egg carton, bc if they pip on that side that is facing down into the carton, they would have trouble breathing/breaking out. It may work, I just would'nt do it personally.
