Hatching Today!!

My first hatch I order 9 eggs and got 18!! So I ended up making an incubator.. I did the same thing kinda. No skid wrapped around hardware cloth..

Wow! Now that's a great seller! I don't think I've ever gotten that many extras!

Missed the Bday deadline but chick 1 is here!! Every egg has pipped now.

This morning I have 6 chicks and one still hatching.. Ok now I'll start tallying my hatch rates. At night about 2am I did assist the sideways zipper by just breaking enough of the shell to get it going in the right way. She finished it by herself. I will post pics when they are all hatched, dried, and in the brooder. Only one problem. They all look like their daddy. I don't know who is who!!!
