I have four eggs in the incubator, and am now day 15. I remove them once a day, spray with warm water, leave for about fifteen minutes, then return to the incubator. Is this correct ? Surely a mother goose would return to the nest with wet feathers, and therefore raise the humidity dramatically in the nest. Should I remove them, allow to cool, spray and return wet to the incubator ?

You can! Just make sure they aren't dripping wet...just a light mist during the cool down is plenty.
Best of luck with your hatch!! 🐣

I lock down when I candle and see draw down - when the air cell visibly starts to draw down the side of the egg :) But locking down now isn't likely to hurt anything, if you want to.
