Hello,
I have done some reading up on turkeys as I am hoping to acquire a female sometime this year or next. I would like to start with a very young bird or even hatch eggs. I am wondering if anyone here has sent hatchable eggs through the mail and if those eggs were indeed hatched into healthy birds.
I know someone who had ordered button quail eggs from a very accountable breeder but the travels were too careless and when she opened the eggs after they did not hatch, found that the eggs had been scrambled up and unable to produce chicks.
I have checked Craigslist but only found adult birds and only one person ever got back to me.
Is there anyone here who would consider sending hatchable eggs through the mail? Who would you send by? How much would you charge for how many eggs? I live in Florida.
Thank you,
Koey
