Hatching Turkey in a Dickey's?

OK, I have hatched chicks, guineas, and quail but this is my first turkey hatch. Lockdown starts today but do I put the lid on the hatching tray or leave it off? I cant turn off the turner because I have several other eggs not ready yet.

I have a sportsman so I think the design is same. I just leave the cover off the hatching tray with turkey or goose eggs had no problems.
