Hatching turkeys eggs taking forever!!

I have two turkey eggs in my incubator that started hatching yesterday. 20 or so hours later they haven't progressed much. Should I help them?? I've heard its best not to help. What do y'all suggest?

If they started hatching and the humidity is too low the membrane sometimes dries out and becomes too tough to break through. If that has happened I would help. If the membrane is normal and pliable I would just wait.
