hatching turkeys total newbie

I went to a swap this morning and came home with two dozen TURKEY EGGS hubby just shrugs,

I have hatched chicken eggs. how different are turkey eggs, they take 28 days right. what is the proper humidity ? I also got an automatic turner ( 5 bucks) but it has the quail size cups. will the chicken size racks work ? or do I need goose ? my brothers have turkeys so they can help some but they haven't hatched in an incubator. the eggs are slate, royal palm, and burbon red. the seller had trios of last years hatches they were very nice health looking birds. HELP please

Humidity 60% then the last three days raise to about 75%

thanks, anything special feed wise ? flock raiser ? non med ? I may be getting ahead of myself

I used 21% medicated, but people say you should use 28% protein. I didnt have ANY problems though =]
