None of the eggs are moving tho so I don't know which one! Wonder if it'll start pipping soon?? Dang, no way can I go to sleep now!!

I am at the end of day 19 as well and all we have are wobbly eggs and one more then the others.
It never has stopped! Hahaha!
I hope you all have a good hatch and I hope too!
I dont like worring about them. I am such a chicken mom and DH thinks I am crazy. Thank god the kids think I am sane!

How's it going for everyone? Donald, how are Betty & the babies doing? Any action in the incubator yet??

Early this morning I had 1 buff orp pipped - now she's active as crazy trying to zip all the way.

I have 3 others pipped - and nothing happening (yet!) with the other 20...but as of 10am today it's only day 20 anyway...guess just a few are anxious to stretch their legs!! Hope all's going well for all you other weekend hatchers!!

Betty was still happily hanging with her five chicks this morning when I left for work. I was getting worried this morning with no action in the incubator, but right before I left for work I saw one of the eggs pipping. A little bit of shell was popping up and down, presumably with a beak under it pushing it up like a little manhole cover. I did some whistling and the chick peeped back.

Phone calls home today to wife and daughter indicate no more action on the pipped egg, but I have not checked in since a few hours ago. I will be leaving work for the day, soon, I hope. I wanta see some hatching when I get home from work!

WOOHOO, a buff orp baby was born 20 mins ago!!

yes it is very cool and amazing to watch! This is my first hatch ever and what an experience!

I now have 2 buff orpingtons, the 2nd born at 4:25...so fast I was amazed. 9 others pipped but with 2 1/2 hrs sleep last night (stared at the first pip for 4 hours!! It really wasn't doing anything, I just didn't want to miss if it did...then waited for "one last" peep from it several times too!) it's time for a nap & hopefully the chicks will take a break too!

I had the one pipped this morning and I think it is trying to zip now. A second egg was pipped when I got home from work tonight at about 6 p.m. Both eggs are wobbling like crazy. They want out!

I have to drive daughter out to a Christmas dance that starts at 8p.m. I hope I make it back before that first one hatches out. I think I will stay up tonight and see what happens on the rest of the eggs.

Congrats! to flying_squirrel on the buff orps.
