What temp. should the incubator be at for the last 3 day?

What meds. are the chicks supposed to get when they hatch?

Ideal temp for the entire 21 days is 99.5 degrees. There are some good stickies on this. You will have to use differnet methods of determining temp depending on if you have a still air or a forced air incubator. Chicks don't need special meds upon hatching. I would recommend vaccinating for Marek's.

The temps for the full 21 days in a forced air should be 99.5, in a still air they should be 101. They dont need any medications when hatched. I dont vaccinate my chickens when they hatch.

It is my understanding that if you have a still air incubator you should measure the temp if the air at the same level as the top of the egg, and it should be 102 there. Mabe you could use a water wiggler and get the ww temp at 99.5.
