Is it ok for them to hatch in the egg turner

So what should I do.

Remove the turner and lay the flat or some like to set them in egg cartons (search for thread). The can get stuck between the turners if you leave them in.

could I put the egg in the carton and set it under the turner.

No. The turner will get in the way of the egg hatching and the new chick would probably get trapped in it. Definitely take it out.
