ooops i took out 3 before drying and put them under heat lamp.....they are panting ohoh what should i do?

Panting means they are to hot. Either raise the heat lamp, or use a lower wattage bulb. Be sure that the chicks have room to get away from the heat, which can easily be done by positioning the lamp on one side of the brooder, rather than the middle.
