Hatchling Turkey's Foot

Something is not quite right with this hatchling's foot. What can I do? What's wrong with it? This is my first experience with turkeys and so far it's been pretty terrible. I set six eggs. Two hatched. One pipped externally and died and the other three pipped internally and died.

So. Ugh. Help me with this baby's foot?

I have a mature turkey with bent toes and he is the biggest and strongest out of 8 turkeys. I have heard you can tape the toes to something sturdy like a toothpick and it will eventually straighten out as the bones grow. Mine walks and does everything the other can do without any issues.
