Hatchling with big bubble butt--photo included

Hi all, I searched the forum, but couldn't find what I was looking for. I have a chick who hatched from my incubator and has a big red bubble near the yolk stump. It hatched on its own. Is it intestines? What should I do? Thanks!

Its unabsorbed yolk, and hopefully its finished absorbing it by now
