I ordered Coturnix quial from them, although 2 were dead when they arrived it was due to a postal screw up. But to make up for the 2 dean hens they sent me 50 Bobwhite eggs in their place (my choice) every time i emailed them they replied quickly, usually the same day.
I'm about to order more eggs from them in the near future.
