Have 2 ?sick, not sure what to do. Help?

I’m new to chickens, babies are less than 7 moths old. Have been laying for almost 2 months Small darker brown eggs. 2 may have vent prolapse. Looks bloody and almost torn. One now has what looks to be poop leaking out but no longer bleeding. She smells. Washed, treated with antibacterial, and dried 2 days now. ‘Poopy” is separated. Suggestions? Both black sex link. Also missing feathers from base of tail. All others fine and well. Have a few different breeds.

When mine had a prolapse, i bathed her in a warm bath with Epsom salt and she passed an egg through.

Looks like prolapse to me but i have never dealt with this... just replying so it can go back to the top. Good luck!
