have a problem with hen and her eggs

I have a new Hampshore Red thats 2 and a half years old that I've had for a few months now Not only has she not layed
many eggs the ones she has layed she has crushed.What can I do?

Maybe she needs more calcium? Do you add oyster shells to her food?

If the egg shells are really thin, I would suggest supplementing her feed with oyster shell. It sounds like she's not getting enough calcium.
And I agree with BackyardCountry, she's not going to be laying as many eggs as she ages.
