Have a problem!

If she were egg bound for several days, she most likely wouldn't be here. The epsom salt bath you gave her sometimes relaxes them to be able to lay the egg, but she didn't. Just in case, I'd give her a human calcium +D pill. That will give her contractions and if she's got an egg stuck, she should be able to lay it. If you don't have any a Tums would work.
I agree with @Debbie292d about egg binding. I still think applying an antifungal to the area is a good idea. It doesn't hurt

Definitely post in our Emergency forum. However I had a hen that was internally laying that had exactly what you described on your hen. Antibiotics can help with internal infections however nothing can stop them from depositing yolks in their cavities. Hopefully someone can help you in our ER forum. :hugs
I would highly consider what @TwoCrows wrote. If this ends up being the issue for your hen, start time for antibiotics is the difference between being able to cure or not. Early is best.
