Have a Question about chicken

Hi! I have a chicken named Darcy, she's a white brahma. She's always been kinda overweight, but lately I've noticed her crop feels kinda flat all of the time, shes lost some weight, she doesn't have a much as an appetite, she stands around a lot, and also she breaths out of her mouth, and she coughs/sneezes at night and for as long as i can rmember her back half kinda hangs down a bit. That last part she's been like her whole life Then the other chickens. Here us a picture of her. Im a little worried, but im still new at diagnosing chicken issues, so do you guys have any ideas??

How are you deciding she's overweight?
What's her diet? Have you ever wormed your birds? Does she lay?

Also she'll sit still for a while, then after some coughing or sneezing she'll immediately get up and start acting normally again..... like just now she was sitting and sneezing, breathing with her mouth open, her tongue kinda sticking out, and then she got up and started pecking around like a normal chicken.

Maybe she's not, but she's always been REALLY heavy, at least compared to our other hens, including a dark brahma that's the same height and general size, she eats Purina layer pellets, I don't think she's laying right now, and we have not wormed her.
