Unless the fairy egg has a yolk (in which case it wouldn't actually be a fairy egg) then no

Most fairy eggs won't have a yolk and in my opinion it would be irresponsible to put any unnaturally small egg in an incubator because there would not be enough room for proper growth and development and most likely would die or produce an unnaturally small chick with the odds against it. That's my opinion.
