have to brag and a question

You guys I am so proud. I got 2 new hens 2 weeks ago, they are both 18 weeks now. I also have 9- 11 week old hens... anyway we got our first egg on sunday! Well then nothing yesterday and today... we got 2!! So am I correct in saying that they are BOTH laying now???

now... 2 of the eggs were laid in the corner on the floor and 1 egg was OUTSIDE on the chicken ladder.... HOW do i teach them where to lay???

Yes I would say that they are both laying. Use golf balls, ping pong balls, wooden eggs, or anything egg like as a decoy in the nest where you want them. Congrats!!!

Ditto here, yes both are laying, unless you missed collecting yesterday.
