Have you 'canned' chicken?

My husband and I have heard about canning chicken breasts. Not sure why you couldn't do it with any chicken meat. But just wondering if any of you have done this and if you would share how you do it. Pressure, time, etc...

I'd really appreciate it!

Here's a youtube video that shows how to. I have followed her advice on serveral projects and always had good luck.

I just canned from the 8 roosters I butchered a couple weeks ago...! the family loves the nice tender meat! I cooked them all in a large stock pot, allowed it to cool, then removed the bones. I canned the cooked meat, and it is delicious!
