I'm still not really getting the whole backwards thing, but I "think" you guys are talking about the back legs, right? Goats do have normal knees. The backwards part you are looking at is actually considered the ankle. Kind of weird, but it's like comparing a chicken leg to a human leg. We all have the same parts, just in different ratios!
