I used my pressure cooker to make hard boiled eggs- 2 of them came out with orange rings around the yolk. The whites were slightly mushy feeling, not as firm as the others.

They peel easier from the pressure cooker, especially fresh eggs. This egg seemed mushy on the outside though.

How long did you cook them for? I've made a few batches with an instant pot - which is very similar to a pressure cooker.

Yes it is an instant pot- I made a dozen and only 2 looked like this. I've noticed my Easter eggers yolks are way more orange so maybe that explains it. The whites were a little mushy though. I threw them out.

I only over cooked mine once - but they were brown on the outside of the whites.
So, I guess it is a mystery for sure.
