That's so sad! At least he'll be remembered by you.Good idea for a thread! The best portrait I've done to date was of a kid who died from brain cancer before I even finished his pic... I never show anyone the portrait, and he had no-one who wanted it, despite it being commissioned. (As in, asked for, I didn't want money for it)... Tragic, and I now have a sad reminder that I don't know what to do with. But I'm considering getting back into portraits. Bit busy right now but I'll keep an eye on this thread. I have some art up on deviantART: http://mojoliazon.deviantart.com/ All my best animal portraits are gone too, to those who commissioned them, all I've got are my older pictures, fantasy images, etc...
I love doing art on nature and animals too. Sometimes I'll do people, but mostly I'm more interested in nature.I can't draw people. I'm only really strong at animals and natural things like flowers. Same with my photography. I am just not passionate about people ( my family excluded) and it shows. My husband. , however, couldn't draw an animal to save his life.
It might be a bit hard, because of the sticks in the way. Would you mind taking another pic? Unless someone would like to take a go at itCan you draw this?
