Haven't put water in for 2 days

Hi,
I'm new to this forum and it's my first post so be nice.
I am 15 and I am incubating my first chickens! Australorps! I am 4 days into the process and I just realised that I haven't put water in since day one. I put in 1/2 cup on day one and I'm wondering if that would affect my chickens? I candled my eggs and I can see growth but I don't know if the no water for 2 days will affect them?:/

It shouldn't.

Do you have a hygrometer? If not you can find them cheap at a box store like Walmart. Depending on your climate you could need a lot of water in there or very little. I use a humidifier in the room I incubate in so need very little surface area of water in the incubator (double shot glass of water) to keep humidity at 40%.
