I think that your rooster is an Easter Egger, as his comb is wrong for a Salmon Faverolle and the feather and leg color is off, too. He's very handsome!

I always thought faverolles had feathered feet. I think that is an EE too.

Faverolles do have feathered feet and can be bantam or large fowl - maybe Chico is a cross between easter egger & salmon faverolles. I bet he is hoping you get him some girls soon.
