Having issues with newborn gosling!!

Are you going to keep this gosling? That’s great it’s doing so good with eating and drinking. Is it all fluffed and dry now looks wet in the picture.

I am planning on keeping it if it survives! I am happy that it's doing well with eating and drinking too! It is pretty fluffed out and dry on its head and neck now, but from being wrapped in the wet paper towels the rest of it isn't dry yet.

I haven't done it yet because I was conflicted on what to do because I had some people tell me to leave it wet and some people tell me to make it dry and I was trying to figure out what to do. But I'm going to make it dry now.

Okay I have it wrapped up in a DRY soft white cloth, and it's under a bulb so it's warm. It fell asleep and is fluffing up now. Thank you so much for the advice!!!

He/she is doing great! The yolk sac is starting to dry out great and the gosling is moving, chirping, and is doing even better with eating and drinking!

Here’s the gosling when it was sleeping <3
