Having problems with my baby chick

Hey guys I am having problem with my baby chick. He is 15 days old and in his first visit to the vet we came across knowing that he is suffering from ND.
Is there any cure for ND?

What is "ND"? And, why didn't you ask the vet if there's treatment?
