My neigjbors got a new camper and gave me the heating and cooling mini fridge that they used on their pop up camper.

I want to convert is to an incubator...it still works. Anyways it looks a lot like the exoterra incubator I have, minus the glass door. Where should I add ventilation holes, top or bottom? And where would be the best place for the pc fan, top or bottom? The heating element is a little ove halfway up the back wall.

No its out in the shed...I've been stuck inside with my 10 yr old, who has mono. If you look up the reptopro 5000 or exoterra incubator it looks just like those. Buttons and all...just no window.

If it is spaced off the floor where air can get under it then you can put some vents in the bottom an some in the top. If not you can put some vents low on one wall an some high on the same wall. Different walls is not a good idea. The wall with the heat plate would be best.
You may want to glue a heat sink on to the heat plate.
