I want recipes to real true hawian dishes. I have a burger place not far from here that makes katsu chicken, rice, mac salad. It is too die for and I could eat it everyday. The wife/owner of the restaurant is hawian. She makes this dish everyday she makes so many and when it is gone it is gone for the day.
