Hawk attack !!! Ideas on deterrents of hawks

I'm not sorry I feel that way , lots of ppl would feel the same way I do had it been their beloved dog or cat they had for years and years . I look at my pets the same as my children and will protect them with any means necessary. That being said I've never killed anything but a mosquito and spider my whole entire life . I don't like hurting anything maybe I'm speaking outta anger but I'm sure ppl kill them all the time all over the world , how would anyone know that you killed one anyway. Yes it's the circle of life but I'm still angry and had I been able to get my hands on the hawk he wouldn't have left without some bumps and bruises . Idc what anyone else thinks I raised them from chicks and it upsets me that all the work I put in was destroyed that quick . Not to mention it's a miserable death to be plucked alive and eating alive. That's what im so angry at is that my babies suffered. .
