Hawk attack now egg bound?

I have a 2 year old light Sussex hen that was attacked by a hawk this past weekend. Have been dealing with that injury, and now I believe she's egg bound. Really need some help here guys.
I have no clue on what to do. I have attached pictures, sorry they're bad but I was just giving her a bath to clean her wound .
As soon as my help gets here I will take better pictures.

She just ate normally, her poop was normal, she's breathing pretty heavy, but otherwise just acting uncomfortable. If there is any way possible I would like to take care of this myself, since it's so hard to get the chicken vet to answer your call.
