A hawk just attacked one of my hens. I'm only seeing a small cut on her comb. She's acting ok. I'm worried she may have internal injuries, the hawk had her pinned to the ground and there are quite a few feathers on the ground. It's supposed to be cold (~40F) tonight. Should i take her inside for the night?

I would put blue/purple spray on her comb to hide the cut if it is visible, and put her back wherever she normally roosts, and try to get her life back to normal asap. The attack will have been stressful for her and resumption of normal life may be better for her than additional stress from a dramatic change of circumstance. She has thousands of feathers, and the other birds will generate some heat too.
