Hawk concern

I've been noticing hawks/other small predator birds near my yard with the ducks. They always get extra loud when they see them so I always go out and help them. Does anyone have any tips or other ideas how to try and keep them away other then covered run?

@Miss Lydia has dealt with this - we have a small pen and the top is fenced. When they are in the larger area, I am with them. I have also used netting over some sections of the yard, and the ducks know that's safer.

Look up Predator tape, I use it ordered from Ebay. Amazon has it too . It makes a crackling noise when the wind hits it and it's metallic so when the sun hits it it is very shiny and suppose to keep hawks and other flying preds away.
