Correct. Using lethal means in the USA can be lawful under certain circumstances. In my state one can apply for a permit to destroy if preventative measures fail.

Also, remember that there are many areas outside the USA.

I have a hawk that has recently taken up residence in the area. I've lost several juveniles last year...guess I now know why.

I have run very high test mono all overhead the outside run...Have not had any more issues but the hawk remains nearby
