Hawk looking for some chickens!

Got a picture of a red tail hawk wanting to join my flock. Too bad I cant shoot them like I do the squirrels.

i just took a picture that looks just like that in my yard! Now i am afraid to let the girls out, the hawk even came back when the dogs were out!
