Hay New Hampshire

What are you paying for hay??? My friend is spending 6 dollars a bail and uses 20 bails a week. I don't have animals that need hey other than chicken mulch hay for bedding. So I was wondering if that was average price

It usually depends on the weight of the bale. I pay about $10 for a 55-60 lb bale. I found the $6 bales only weigh about 35-40 lbs.

last time i bought one it was about $5.50/bale, probably back in June was the last time i got one though.
