He has fallen victim to Poultryitis

My DH has FINALLY fallen victim to poultry-itis. Yesterday he suddenly declared, "I just want some TURKEYS!" His impression of a spoiled five year old was quite excellent

.

So, I have a question about Welp hatchery, if anyone has used them and what they got in their 'Hatchery's Choice' assortment of turkeys. I eventually want to get into heritage breeds, but this will be our first time having turkeys, so I am going to practice on the more affordable option. Has anyone bought this assortment? Am I doomed to all double-breasted Hulks?

run sisiter run --- I also though if the DH would get into the chicken thing it would be wonderful --- that was 41 chickens ago ---- he now has a chicken addiction - bless his heart

He has been resisting for such a long time, so I am relieved that at least PART of the crazy has rubbed off on him!
