Hello again,
The way you can tell how old he is (up to the age of 3-ish) is by his back/train feathers.
Your boy still seems to have only barred (=black and white "striped") feathers on his back.
By the time he turns 2, he will be getting some green feathers and eye feathers (why I said he was 1+).
If you want a more accurate idea about his age, you could post a clear picture of his whole back.
