That’s fine by me!! It was just concerning at firstAs males feather in they get male specific feathering. They are often more colorful than females. Which is what you're seeing. He will likely have a lot of red on him by the time he is done growing.

You said you know his breed. What is it? The red and gold feathers are just leakage, which is common on roosters. When he gets older, he’ll probably be more red than blue, but he’ll be gorgeous, I’m sure. He does look like a mixed breed, though, with a single comb, slate legs, and muffs.
I was told he is an AraucanaEaster egger mix perhaps?
