He hatched.... now what do I do??

Okay, he came 2 days early... I guess he is a preemie emu

So, now that he is out a little early, what do I do????

When do I take him out of the bator and into the heat lamp?
When do I feed him (I know 3 days) but 3 full days from hatch? On day 3 first thing in the morning?? I know unmedicated chick starter until 8 weeks of age.
When does he get his first drinks of water?
Can I put puppy pads out for him to walk on in the garden bathtub he is going to live in for the next week or three? Or stick to a towel? I know newspaper is a big no-no.
Is there a site for making/buying chicken/emu diapers???

I am so bloody excited about my baby that its not even funny!!! After all the woes of the first three eggs going bad, I was so worried... and now I am ecstatic!!!!

So... any help would be wonderful!!!

Let it dry off in the bator, but when it starts to raise it's head up where it could hit a heating element, move it to the brooder. Keep towels down or rubbery non slip puffed shelf liner, or even a piece of indoor/outdoor carpet. I normally give a small shallow bowl of water on the 2nd day, food on about 3rd day. When ever it really starts to focus on you and peck at stuff when you tap with your finger.
As for diapers, i rigged a chicken diaper for mine.
