He or she on these three

The frizzle Cochins all look like pullets. You'd see some more comb development on any cockerels.

#2 the lavender, is certainly showing some cockerel signs with a little wattle development, so I think that is a good call by roosters.

However, #1 does have a significant comb, but zero wattles. So I think this one could go either way. It's saddles and hackles will probably be the tell on this one, in a few weeks.

Ok that is what I was thinking on the frizzles, but I sold one last year that I thought was a pullet, thankfully just said I thought it was a pullet but wasn't sure.... It turned out it was a roo. The other 4 I could tell were roos by then.

The lav brahma is for sure a roo. Or I think. Lol
I now have 2 more I am not sure on. Lol. But they are brats and I can barely get pics of them

#1 has me thinking roo with the comb, but no rust on wings yet, tail, saddle and hackles are still all round. But has a couple tail feathers curling but they are rounded..... Guess I wait another couple weeks for that one.

What do you think of these 2? The roost pics are same chick, other is on floor.... 9.5 weeks. They are so hard to get pics of!

This looks like a pullet, especially at 9.5 weeks.
Thanks. there are 2 of them. The one on the roost has a slightly bigger comb than the one that is on the floor of the coop. So I go back and forth on one of them. I feel like the older ones were so much easier to tell. LOL

#1 at 10 weeks
