All girls. Egglatine is a red sexlink(production red would be red bird with BLACK tail and wing feathers, sexlinks have the WHITE tail and wings) so her colour alone is proof she is a girl. Montgomery is a barred/cuckoo something or other and girls of those colours are very dark like yours, males would be much lighter(white bands much bigger), and Fiesta has typical girl EE colouring and her comb looks pretty girly too.
