head hanging low

I have a 3 week old Buff Orp that since last night cant seem to hold her head up. She can stand but her her head drops to in front of her. Looks almost like she is trying to tuck under her belly or like it weighs too much for her to hold up.

Any ideas?

What does her poop look like? Is her crop emptying? Does she look chilled?
