Head injury brand new chick

Baby chick was hatching and another chicken pecked it and the head swollen up what do I do?

Welcome to BYC - sorry for the circumstances. Bring it inside, provide heat, coat wound with antibiotic ointment, and hope for the best. Make sure that birds can not get at the setting hen and hatching eggs. Good luck.
