Head/neck listing to the right, chest uneven

Deformed...maybe.
I can't think of it off the top of my head...There is something though that caused small breast meat/muscles.
I am just getting up...give me a little while to look for what I am thinking of and I will share it with you if I can find it again.

Lol thanks.

The keel bone seems to be positioned slightly to the left, so she's walks with her head looking slightly right.

Are you sure the chest unevenness issue isn't due ti her crop? Has she always held her head to the right? Unfortunately, I'm not much help. Will keep watching to aee what you learn. I hope she is OK!

Unfortunately I've never noticed before, and since she wasn't the only hen a little more roost-bound I wasn't as concerned.

I'm going to try and feel up more of my hens if I can, to compare keel placement. But it's definitely not perfectly centered on the hen in question.

I've started now to look into keel bone injuries...I guess they can be common. I'm going to go out this afternoon and conduct another watching session.

Probably nothing I can do but make sure she's getting down from the roost more often. Maybe I'll place her on the floor every morning. She's becoming more tame since I've been handling her and feeding from my hand so at least I'll be able to check her condition more easily.

Ok, so she definitely has a deformity, whether from injury or genetics I don't know.

You can feel a bone pretty close to the neck that isn't present in the other hens; so something's out of place.

I've got both the Barnevelder hens outside, I'll probably try to get them outside more often. Keep an eye as best I can on the bullying situation. They can obviously tell somethings not quiet right with her.

If she hasn't been eating good she will feel more skinny in that area compared to a well fed/eating girl.

True, I'll search more aggressively for this bone in the other hens to be sure. I thought it didn't seem to be protruding as badly this evening, but it's still something only present on the left side.
I think it looks pretty obvious now (neck is shorter, angled right...there's a sort of hunchback look to her); though it would be great if this wasn't something permanent. Either way, she seemed to do just fine outside today so that's good.

Have you started her on vitamins yet...
Specifically Vit E

Sorry, forgot to follow up. No vitamins as she is definitely deformed. She's doing fine but if she doesn't lay eggs I'll have to cull to save her from internal problems.
