they are 3 and all of them have heat source their food is boiled egg and chicken feed

Is there any issue with vitamin i am giving him. I had sorted for drops of ivermectin that is anti parasitic from medical store but they have only tablets. I have no idea what to do?

I don't see a problem with you giving the Infant Vitamin 2-3 drops twice a day for 3-5 days - you can overdo vitamins.

You mention Ivermectin! Are you seeing lice or mites on the chicks? I would not use Ivermectin on chicks at all. If you have lice or mites then use a Permethrin based powder to dust the birds.

They are getting fairly large, can you provide them with a bit more space?
Chicken feed - is it starter that you are giving? I would offer it free choice, let them eat what they want of the feed during waking hours.

Again - where are you located? Are you in the US or another country?

If the chicks are having eggs, are you offering grit? I agree, their brooder is a bit too small. What is the temp on the warmest side? Maybe it's eating the wood chips?

I really agree with everything said so far. I can't see anything really worrisome in your video of the chick. If what it's doing is worse than that, then we need a better video of what it's doing. I know it can be hard to catch them doing a particular thing on camera. Can you get a good picture of the eye that looks different? If it's separated from the others that may be a reason it's crying and not eating. Separation can cause stress and unhappiness. I also think your brooder needs to be larger. They are already crowded in there and it's going to get worse really fast, they grow really fast. I don't see any chick feed in there, it would be best if you can get a balanced chick feed or they may get some nutritional deficiencies that cause problems. And if they are hungry and not getting the right nutrition they may be more prone to eat things they shouldn't. And they need a source of grit or they will not be able to digest properly. I would not use ivermectin either. Permethrin would be better, but only if you are sure that lice or mites are there. Would like to help, but I really can't identify something in the video to help with. Any questions asked are asked for a reason, so the more you can answer, the more information we have, the better we can help. To check the nostrils you just need to look up close, see if anything may be stuck in there.

I am in Pakistan and now chick condition is going serious. Its eating and active but now along with shaking head, his one eye is watering. Can plz anyone can tell me solution

Right now i had separated him.whole of previous days,he is with his friends. Light is provided every time and the8feed is chick grain. I had checked for lices but found nothing. Now i had gave him crushed garlic.but he is now sleeping. I am giving all of my chicks egg yolk. I am not sure what issue with him.check these images, his eyes watering.

I would flush the eye with saline well, see how it looks and if you find any debris or gunk in there, and if you have something like neosporin, or plain triple antibiotic ointment, or other eye ointment, you can apply that two or three times a day (sorry I've no idea what kinds of things are available there). The chick could have been pecked in the eye, gotten debris in the eye, or it could be from a respiratory infection.
