Head twitch. Normal?

Just got 4 new hens and my first real scare. Dont know whether to be concerned. She has lost alot of feathers on her butt and chest. More worried about the butt then anything. But while feeding them tonight I noticed head twitch.

Can you elaborate what you mean by twitch? Was it like a neurological twitch or like she had gnats bothering her?

It looked more like a neurological twitch if your comparing to human twitches.
