Head Twitch

Hello! I have a 10 week old chicken who has had this head twitch since she was a baby. I was wondering if anyone has seen this before or has any advice on how to treat? She eats and drinks fine, just always moving her little head!

Might be a touch of vitamin deficiency.
Give some nutridrench, poultry vitamins or 400i.u vitamin E capsule and about a third of a B complex tablet every day for a few weeks.

Thanks! Do you have a specific vitamin you give your hens? I was giving her nutridrench for a few weeks with no real results. Maybe a different vitamin would work.
